Heat-sealed card packaging
The heat-sealed card packaging refers to the process of heat-sealing the PVC shell on the paper card surface with a plastic oil. This type of packaging is commonly used for supermarket battery packaging. Its distinctive feature is that it requires a plastic suction sealing device to encapsulate the product between the paper card and the suction card plastic packaging.

Please pay attention to several problems  when using heat-sealed card  packaging:

1. The paper card surface must be coated with a plastic oil (to enable it to be heat-sealed and adhered to the PVC shell).

2. The suction card plastic packaging can only be made from PVC or PETG sheet materials.

3. As the blister is only adhered to the surface of the paper card, the encapsulated product should not be too heavy.
